Established on April 27, 2008 in Batam, PT Pratama Nusantara Express (PNE) offers more than just traditional freight forwarding and customs brokerage services. We position ourselves as a reliable partner, working closely with our clients to reduce transportation costs and streamline their logistics operations.
Initially, PNE focused on providing cargo and courier services for domestic shipments across Indonesia, offering Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Local Transportation covering Java and Sumatra. Our well-known motto in the domestic logistics industry is:
“Normal Rate but Rush Services”
— a reflection of our commitment to providing fast air freight services at competitive rates, rivaling the largest players in the industry.
With a network of professional agents across Indonesia, we ensure timely delivery and cargo safety in every shipment. Our Sea Freight services cover both LCL (Less than Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load), reaching all major cities and islands across the archipelago.
Driven by increasing demand from our clients, in January 2009, we expanded our services to include International Cargo & Courier Services for both inbound and outbound shipments.
To support our growing import door-to-door services, and to avoid the inefficiencies caused by co-loader agents, we established our own office in Batam on July 17, 2009. This facility enables us to directly monitor cargo movement, perform customs clearance, handle packaging, and conduct tally operations. With a dedicated office, our customers can participate in and observe every stage of the logistics process transparently and efficiently.
